About the academy
An academy for engineers who have to ship
AI Testing Mastery exists because the gap between “I have used ChatGPT” and “I can design an AI system and defend it in a technical panel” is wider than most training acknowledges — and it is the only gap that hiring managers are testing for.
Why we built this
Software quality entered an agentic era faster than the training market adjusted. AI systems no longer just generate text — they reason about goals, call tools, generate and heal tests, and operate inside real CI/CD pipelines. Test engineering changed underneath a lot of good engineers while they were busy delivering.
Meanwhile the courses on offer split into two unhelpful camps. On one side, theory-heavy AI programs that teach model architecture to people who will never train a model. On the other, tool tours that show you a framework and call it engineering. Neither prepares you for the question a hiring panel actually asks: why did you build it that way, and what happens when it fails?
Complex AI systems become understandable, testable and reliable — but only when someone teaches you the decisions, not just the syntax.
What we optimise for
Three things, in this order. First, engineering judgement — knowing when an agent earns its cost and when deterministic code is simply better. Second, a portfolio of systems you built, broke, fixed and can explain. Third, interview readiness, treated as a trainable engineering skill rather than a personality trait.
Everything else in the program is downstream of those three. The cohort cap of 35 exists so project reviews can be personal. The single-mentor model exists so feedback compounds. The weekend cadence exists because our learners have delivery jobs and, in many cases, a nine-and-a-half-hour time difference.
Who we teach
Manual and automation test engineers, SDETs, QA leads and architects, software developers, DevOps engineers, and engineering managers moving into AI-first delivery. Plus two audiences we built dedicated tracks for: 2025 and 2026 graduates entering the market against AI-literate competition, and Indian professionals and students in the United States who need a portfolio that survives a US technical panel.
What we will not claim
We do not guarantee jobs, salaries or visa outcomes, and we are wary of anyone in this market who does. We provide placement assistance: resume and LinkedIn optimisation, mock interviews, job-application strategy and guidance during your active search. The offer is yours to earn; our job is to make sure you walk in able to defend real work.

About the academy
Recorded courses teach tools. They cannot review your architecture, catch the reasoning error behind your retrieval design, or sit across from you in a mock interview and push back. Those three things are what actually move you into an AI role, and all three require a live mentor and a small cohort.
Scale. Large programs run instructor pools and standardised feedback because they have to. We cap cohorts at 35 and keep one mentor across the full 100 days, which is only economically possible at small scale.

Yes, a certificate of completion. We are honest about what it is worth: the portfolio and your ability to defend it will carry the interview, and the certificate is supporting evidence.
