Refund policy

Before the cohort starts

If you withdraw before the first live session, you are entitled to a refund of fees paid, less any non-refundable processing charge disclosed at the point of payment.

Cooling-off window

If you withdraw within the first seven days of the cohort and have attended no more than the first weekend of live classes, you may request a refund less an administrative deduction covering materials access already granted. Requests must be made in writing to enterprise@aitestingmastery.com.

After the cooling-off window

Beyond that window, fees are non-refundable, because your seat has displaced another applicant in a cohort capped at 35. In genuine cases — medical, family or employment emergencies — we will normally offer a deferral into a later cohort instead. Talk to us rather than disappearing; we are reasonable.

Instalment plans

Withdrawal does not cancel instalments already due for the period during which you were enrolled. Future instalments stop from the date your written withdrawal is acknowledged.

If we cancel

If we cancel or indefinitely postpone a cohort, you receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next intake, at your choice.

How to request a refund

Email enterprise@aitestingmastery.com with your name, cohort and reason. We acknowledge within two business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method.
